We have taken the time to research and find small business's to partner with that pride themselves on being Australian owned and Australian made. This was one of our main focuses when building this business and we are delighted to share that we were able to make this a possibility. We assure you that each products has been handmade with love in the place that you call the Sunshine state.

WHERE DO I FIND CARE AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ITEMS PROVIDED IN THE BOX?

There will be attached cards for items that require special instructions on how to use and care for them. If you are unsure, please email us or feel free to visit our partner's websites for more information regarding your products.

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM GIFT BOX?

We have an option that allows you to customise the products put into a box from a certain selection of items. You can find this is in the shop section under our 'Jordan' box. As you select your products the price will be shown.

CAN I ADD IN MULTIPLE SIBLING GIFTS

If you are needing to add more then one sibling gift, please send us an email and this can certainly be arranged for you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All Items are checked for integrity before the box is sent out. If there is a damaged item on arrival, please send us an email  within 24hours of receiving the gift box. Please include your details, when the box arrived and a picture of the damaged item. We will be happy to replace the damaged item with a corresponding new item at no extra charge on proof of the damage. Items will not be replaced free of charge due to change of mind.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Processing time takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, once your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia wide. Standard shipping is between 2-7 business days excluding weekends. Due to Covid Australia Post delivery times may vary from this. 

 

Express postage is available but will incur an extra charge. This will be processed at the time of checkout. Express postage is between 1-3 business days. Due to Covid Australia Post delivery times may vary from this. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship within Australia. This is something that will be considered in the future.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer gift cards.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Unfortunately, once a box has been purchased we do not give refunds so please choose your gift box carefully according to your needs.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER

At this point in time, we are only offering shipping for boxes and no pick up. Free standard shipping is provided Australia wide to account for this
